
When you really think about it, getting skinny should be easy. You don’t have to do anything. All you gotta do is NOT get up and go to your kitchen and NOT put the food in your mouth. It’s so much easier than going to the effort of making food and eating it and making yourself fatter when that’s not even what you really want. Your inactivity can literally lead you to your goal if you don’t let emotional hunger control you.
